This is a paragraph about a rock band and a rugby game

Boom! The band started off with a huge shout. Everyone chattered as they sang. The man strummed the electric guitar amazingly loud. The lady sang like a squawking parrot.

The Red Stags ran like  charging bulls. They passed the ball like they were playing hot potato. The crowd cheered like roaring tigers.

My holiday in Australia    By Cyrus

On the 7th of May 2016 it was my favourite day, because it was my first trip to a different country Australia I was so excited that I woke up at 6:00am it was really dark but I still stayed up.I first went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast, then at 7:00am my mum and brother woke up I was still so excited I was jumping all over the house like a rabbit. After a while we got our bags ready then we left at 10:00 it took long to get to the airport but it was worth it.

When we got there I rushed out of the car but my mum reminded me that there was a lot of cars so I walked with her and my brother instead. When we got to the top of the airport my cousins, aunties and uncles were there it was a big surprise we had lunch with them I didn’t want to leave after it but I kind of wanted to. Before we left we had spent 20 minutes looking for the way to get to the airplane but we found it. So we said goodbye and left. When we walked to the next room there was a lot of people,we had to wait so long for the plane to get ready. When they let us in we saw a lot of shops there was a lot of people the shops were as shiny as gold. Before they let us in they had to scan our bags. After that they showed us the way to the plane. We went on the plane it was warming up then took off, I was really scared! It took three hours for us to get there. When we landed we went into a bus which took us to our hotel room.

Me, my mum and brother went to the lunchroom, I was really hungry so we had lunch. After lunch it was still afternoon so we wandered around the place, then we went back home and went to bed. When we had a long sleep we went to a theme park called Sea World, it's like a zoo but with sea animals. It was really fun we got to see a dolphin show where the people told the dolphins to do tricks they were as cool as a rainbow and they showed us people on jet skis they did a lot of tricks too, then we went to our hotel and went to bed. Then we went to Wet and Wild theme park it was my favourite then we went to bed again then the last theme park was Movie World it was nice but I liked the other one better but there was two giant roller coasters I wanted to go on one but I wasn’t tall enough so we went to the mini driving car thing it was fun then we went back home. After the theme parks we went to the airport and flew off to Auckland again.

When we arrived my family was so happy to see us we shared all of our time there and gave them presents I was really happy after my trip to Australia.

WHY WE SHOULD HAVE HUTS

This is my persuasive writing about why we should have hut hope you enjoy :)

I believe that huts are good to have at our school Firstly I think we should have huts because we can be creative and we can use our imagination. Secondly we can make new friends and communicate with other people. Thirdly if you think our huts are messy then we won’t use the wood that you need to keep, but can you give us some old stuff to use. This is why we think we should have huts I hope you agree with me.
